Talking through your problems is one of the key ways to tackle stress. Whether your stress is work related or non work related, not managing the symptoms can mean that both areas of your life are affected. 

If you feel that you need support speak to your manager, your GP or speak to someone you feel comfortable with. A referral to our Wellbeing Support Service may be beneficial for you. However, there are classes, groups and literature which can also help you find effective coping techniques.

Below are a number of quick links which will take you straight to the support agencies you require. However,  we do always stress that if at any point you feel your mental health is deteriorating please contact your GP, GP out of hours or attend A&E in a mental health emergency.
