This June, we’re putting wellbeing on the menu with our “Colour Your Plate” Challenge — a fun and simple way to boost energy, support wellbeing, and explore healthy habits together.
The challenge?
Aim to include 5 or more portions of fruit and vegetables every day by adding more colour, variety, and goodness to your meals.
Why colour? Different coloured fruits and vegetables provide different nutrients, vitamins, and health benefits — so the more colourful your plate, the better fuel you’re giving your body and mind.

Food connects us all, and this month is a great opportunity to explore dishes and ingredients from different cultures and traditions.
