Coaching & Mentoring

A coach or mentor will work with you on a 1-1 basis, to target areas where you would most value some support.

What is Coaching & Mentoring?

“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” Timothy Gallwey (1975).

We have a network of qualified coaches who will work with you to find a solution or help you to achieve your goals.

Your coach won’t be from your area of work, but will be an expert in coaching, so will listen and ask you non-directive questions to draw out solutions that will work for you.

Mentoring

As someone who has more experience in a specific task or role, a mentor will guide and support your development.  A mentor will use a coaching style approach if it’s appropriate but will share their experience when required.

What are the Benefits of working with a Coach?
