The Learning & Development Awards celebrate excellence, improvement and quality in Learning and Development
Submissions are now open for the Learning & Development Awards. We hope that the awards will provide an incredible opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication of our staff who have gone above and beyond by demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. From outstanding academic performance to remarkable personal growth, we're proud to shine the spotlight on individuals.
There are eleven categories to choose from, including three further awards which will be selected from the category winners and picked by a separate panel of judges. They are:
- Care Academi Trainee Award
- Team Recognition Award
- Learner of the year 2023/2024
Who can enter?
Entry is open to anyone working within the authority who has undertaken learning during 2023 - 2024 and we encourage you to nominate staff who you feel deserve to be recognised for their learning.
Top tips for submitting entries:
- Ensure your answers are concise and to the point. This will help you to stay on track and keep the judges engaged.
- You can submit multiple entries, but each entry can only be submitted into one category.
- If the person you have nominated is successfully shortlisted, you will both be notified by email.
- All winners will be announced at the L&D Learning Awards ceremony on 7 October where there will be many opportunities to celebrate, promote and share successes. If you cannot attend the ceremony, don’t let that put you off entering. You can still win!
- All entries must be received by 5pm, Friday 9 August 2024.
Best of Luck!
