Staff Engagement (Survey) Facilitator
Page updated: 08/01/2025
Description:
Join our team of Internal Facilitators to help us find out more about how our staff are experiencing working across CCC.
Our third annual Staff Survey has just closed, and while the results have been consistent, we would like to find more information about the areas which our staff are finding less rewarding and therefore affecting motivation.
We have a talented team who previously trained as Internal Reviewers to support our work to maintain the Investors in People Standard. We would like to recruit more people to join this team in order to carry out this review.
As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to meet groups of staff from a different department of your own to find out more about their experience and how they feel as a member of staff.
We will then work as a group to collate this feedback and make recommendations to CMT.
If you have any ideas for projects that you would like to make as part of the STEP programme, then get in touch to discuss this further.
