Digital Skills for Business qualification with Gower College Swansea

This qualification allows candidates to learn, develop and practice the skills required for roles involving digital communication, collaboration, and development. Effective use of word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), and email software (Microsoft Outlook) can improve productivity, efficiency, and uphold the company’s image.
Candidates will develop knowledge and skills that enable them to communicate effectively, both internally and externally, prepare high quality materials, analyse data effectively; skills which will be transferrable to multiple roles in the organisation.
This qualification requires you to complete 3 sessions on Word, Excel and Outlook at either level 1 or 2
