Description:

As part of our Transformation Strategy, we are looking for people from across the organisation to work with our Transformation Team on projects that will bring about sustainable positive change across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your skills while contributing to the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Projects can be either from your area, or you could take up the opportunity to work with a completely new team, developing transferable skills that you will be able to apply in your current or any future roles. Support will be provided from the Transformation Team, and you will be given the opportunity to access a workplace coach or mentor.

If you have any ideas for projects that you would like to make as part of the STEP programme, then get in touch to discuss this further.

Commitment will vary depending on your project. However, we will work with your line manager to ensure you are supported to complete the work required alongside your current role.
