New for 2024, we have a range of courses to suit all abilities.
Take a look at the different programmes that are available to support you including a new programme to encourage staff to develop their skills.
Courses for beginners, where you will learn to speak about everyday activities such as your work, family and friends, and hobbies.
- Cod: WW-Mynediad-24
- Day: Tuesday (April - start date TBC)
- Time: 09:00 – 12:00
- Length of course: 40 weeks (Weekly until Autumn 2024)
- Where: Mainly Online (with some sessions face-to-face, but notice will be given)

If you have studied Entry or have a basic understanding of Welsh this level is next. It teaches all the basic patterns of the Welsh language.

- Time: 09:00 – 12:00
- Length of course: 40 weeks (Weekly until Autumn 2024)
- Where: Mainly Online (with some sessions face-to-face, but notice will be given)

Monday – Friday
Following this course, if the candidate is successful, they will reach level 3. Note, that everyone working with the public needs to reach level 3.
Complete this form if you or your staff are interested in joining a foundation level Welsh course for an intensive month. Please note there will be no fee for this course, it is funded by the Welsh Government through the Cymraeg Gwaith scheme provided by the National Center for Learning Welsh
