Page updated: 30/10/2026
Over the course of the fayre, staff had the opportunity to learn more about a range of health and wellbeing topics through expert-led sessions, including:
Fertility in the Workplace – exploring the challenges individuals may face and how workplaces can provide support.
Grief Awareness with Marie Curie – helping us better understand grief and how to support ourselves and others through bereavement.
Be Well Service (NHS) – highlighting services available to support health and wellbeing.
Mindfulness with Meg – introducing practical mindfulness techniques to help manage stress and promote wellbeing.
Diet and Nutrition – sharing advice on healthy eating and making positive lifestyle choices.
Menopause Café with guest speaker Karen Gibbard – providing information, support and open discussion about menopause in the workplace.
We hope you found the sessions informative and that they have increased your awareness of the support, resources and wellbeing initiatives available to staff.
