In Learning & Development, we support colleagues to brush up and gain skills that are the building blocks for life and work such as numeracy, literacy, language and digital skills, as well as transferable skills such as critical thinking, creativity and problem solving. We also encourage working with mentors and coaches who help to provide peer support.
