There is a positive link between lifelong learning and improved mental health and wellbeing and people define and value Health and Wellbeing in completely different ways. From Eating well, making sure you've had a good night's sleep, exercising daily or just taking time for yourself after a busy day, our Health and Wellbeing is important to us.
