There are various ways to Learn and Develop in work and there are pathways to jobs and careers at all levels and areas of our organisation. Take a look at some of the sessions we've arranged this week and maybe you'll be inspired to expand your learning or take a new career pathway? Our courses are aimed at everyone and all the below are all free to attend!

If you or someone you know are looking for employment, training or information and support, did you know we have an employment support team that can help you overcome barriers, making sure you have all the support you need along the way? This includes:

• Identifying training opportunities
• Providing you with a personal mentor who will help you identify your skills, and work with you to develop a job action plan
• Help build your confidence
• Help with writing a CV and completing job applications
