Microsoft have Office Quick Start Guides that help you learn about application including Forms, Planner and Sway. There are also Microsoft user guides, videos and support on applications like Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word which can be found at Microsoft Learning Pathways.

Do you want to develop your Office 365 digital skills by learning, improving or refreshing your knowledge? L&D have put together a Supporting your Digital Skills section which will help you get started.

Please remember that any resources that you develop using Office 365 will need to comply with policies and procedures around areas such as Welsh language, accessibility, security, and other relevant policies.

Digital Transformation Projects

Office 365 applications are intended to be developed and maintained by officers using the resources detailed above, rather than by IT staff.

However, if you require IT resource, you will need to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) request. EOIs will be assessed and prioritised by your department against agreed departmental projects, subject to IT capacity.
