Before getting started read our frequently asked questions which will tell you more about working with Matrix.

Matrix is a supply chain management company who act as a neutral vendor in the provision of agency workers to local authorities, not-for-profit organisations, and the private sector. They are providing us with a sophisticated web-based technology platform called Matrix-CR.Net which facilitates the full end-to-end procurement of agency workers from raising of orders through to time-sheeting and invoicing.

Matrix-CR.net has been specifically built to provide extensive benefits to both suppliers and clients. These include:

You will have a dedicated Customer Success Executive, who will be based within Matrix’s Operations Centre – you can contact them with your client-specific telephone number and email address. If your Customer Success Executive is unavailable, another Customer Success Executive within the Operations team will be able to answer your query. The Operations Centre is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.

Through Matrix-CR.Net, you are able to email the Operations team directly, raise a query through the system, access additional help material in the Training Resources section, and take advantage of Matrix’s real time instant messaging facility, LiveSupport.

Workers should see no change in the current way they work; however, some agencies might ask their workers to submit timesheets through the system. Matrix have provided all agencies with comprehensive user guides to pass on to their workers.

Yes - you can delegate tasks and responsibilities within your ‘MyTeam’ function to a colleague who has a user account on the system. This can be accessed from within the My Profile area of MatrixCR.Net.

Additional training materials, including PDF guides and walkthrough videos, are available within the ‘Help Library’ on Matrix-CR.net and can be accessed at any time.

Your client-specific telephone number can be called at any time, 24/7 365 days a year, and will put you through to the out-of-hours team within the Operations Centre.

No – as a Neutral Vendor Managed Service provider, Matrix does not contract with any workers and will be unable to assist in any particular query. If a worker has a question they will need to refer back to their agency.

If you have identified and offered a role to a specific person who is not represented by an Agency Worker, please engage with our sister company called Client Directs Limited who are a payroll company. They can payroll the worker, allowing them to work for you.

The supplier can enrol through our demand site. Through this site, suppliers are also able to see the wider opportunities available to them through Matrix-CR.Net
