Softphone

If you require to have access to Softphone, please make a request through self-service  - Make a Request / Softphone Request.  Your Request will be sent onto a member of IT to approve.

NB Softphones are only required by staff who make and receive a higher volume of external calls.  Staff who communicate with internal staff only or have been provided with a CCC mobile phone will not require softphone access, as Teams is an adequate communication tool.  If you require softphone instead of your IP Phone or mobile phone, your device will need be surrendered through an arranged drop-in with IT.
